Blue Volcano Productions is an independent movie production company located in western North Carolina. Its first offering was a low-budget, art film production entitled House of Poets, utilizing a cast of all volunteers and a crew of two. It is available on DVD and download rental.
The Purple Box, a psychological drama was BVP'S second feature, completing production at the end of 2010 after an aggressive 3-day shoot in the summer. It is available on DVD.
Devil's Vein, a horror film, is the company's third feature film. Most of the principle photography was captured during an intensive 3-day shoot in early March, 2012. It is in post production.
